User-provided content: Any text or numerical values you enter (e.g., mood ratings, custom notes, or self-reported heart rate) stay entirely on your device. We do not access or transmit this data.

Advertising identifier (IDFA): Only collected if you opt in to personalized ads. You can disable ad tracking anytime through your device settings.

The app does not request access to your location, contacts, calendar, microphone, camera, or HealthKit/Google Fit data unless explicitly enabled by you for specific features (and even then, data remains on-device unless you choose to share it).

Since the app stores no personal data on our servers, most actions (like deleting your logs) can be done directly within the app. If you uninstall the app, all local data is permanently removed.

Due to inherent limitations in mobile technology and internet transmission, the app cannot guarantee the complete accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of its functions. Use at your own risk.

10. International Transfers

If anonymous data is processed by third parties like Google, it may be transferred to the United States. Such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
