Thank you for using Health Tracker ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App;
Interfere with the normal operation of the App;

Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

2. User Content

The App allows you to create and store text-based or numerical health-related entries such as mood logs, notes, custom metrics, or wellness reminders ("User Content").

You retain full ownership of your User Content.
Your content is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share it with us during support communication.
We may use anonymized, non-personal metadata (such as feature usage frequency) to improve the App's performance and reliability.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable laws and does not contain false or dangerous health claims.

3. No Professional Advice

Health Tracker is a general wellness and self-monitoring tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice.

The information, calculations, or suggestions provided by the App are for reference and informational purposes only. Do not rely on them as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek professional medical advice for any health concerns.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App—including software, design, user interface, text, graphics, icons, and trademarks—are owned by us or our licensors.

You may use the App only as permitted under these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the App, you agree to the data collection, use, and sharing practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, nor the accuracy of health-related estimates (e.g., heart rate trends based on user input).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

Loss of data, device malfunction, or service interruption;

Any reliance on the App’s outputs for health decisions;

Issues caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., device limitations, network issues).

Your use of the App is at your sole discretion and risk.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. All local data will be removed upon deletion.
